Beware of the link
In a ground-breaking judgment, the Hamburg Regional Court has decided that a person who creates a link may in some circumstances be jointly responsible for the content of the linked page.
To a non-lawyer, this appears just about as sensible as making someone guilty of a crime 'somewhere or other' just because they had explained how to get there. Fortunately, the court also provided a loophole at the same time. It is enough that the person creating the link dissociates themselves from the content of the linked pages. We are doing that expressly! So: don't just click on something that you find on our website. We expressly dissociate ourselves from all links and other content on those websites, and from 'somewhere or other' in any case.
We also dissociate ourselves from the entire Internet. It has no future anyway. And what's more, we dissociate ourselves from lawyers who warn us about defective link disclaimers.
